Food, fine detail and creativity have always been my passion. Working with some of London’s leading food photographers and videographers, art directors, and prop stylists, on varying projects both stills and moving image, from editorial to advertising campaign, packaging to PR I enjoy bringing a brief to life.
I also develop, test and write recipes to suit the product or occasion. I have written recipes for many brands along with contributing fully tested recipes for many magazines and several books.
